Bookings Conditions

a) A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm a booking. The balance to be paid up to 30 days prior to client’s arrival at Musango. If these conditions are not met the booking will be cancelled with a cancellation fee relative to the date of the booking.

b) Cancellation fees are as follows:

  • 90 – 60 days prior to arrival – 50% of entire booking
  • 60 – 30 days prior to arrival – 75% of entire booking
  • 30 – day of arrival – 100% of entire booking
  • The same applies for group bookings, however there will be a 90 day release policy if the deposit has not been paid on the required day, and the booking confirmed.

c) Agents familiarisation trips, guides / pilots will be charged as follows:

  • First night – Complimentary
  • Second night – 50% rack rate
  • Third night -75% rack rate
  • Transfers for Agencies / Agents own account
  • Guides / pilots policy 50% rack. Complimentary if the guide is a qualified Zimbabwean guide, guiding the group.
  • Agents accompanying groups over 8 pax will be complimentary.

d) All drinks, meals, activities and laundry are included in the price for International guests.

e) Local residents/guests rates exclude drinks and activities.

f) All National Parks fees are excluded and need to be paid in cash at camp.
